Factors to Consider When Choosing Sporting Apparels

In the past, sporting goods were only made available for professional athletes. Today, sporting companies are taking every opportunity to supply sports equipment to the public. If you want to purchase exercise equipment to improve your recreational sporting skills, you can consider taking into account the durability, versatility and costs of the equipment.

The factors to consider when choosing sporting apparel include:

· Price

Sporting activities are adored by many people around the globe. To benefit from these sporting activities, many people need specific outfits. You can consider purchasing the right sporting apparel from stores within your locality. To benefit from major cutbacks, you can consider visiting virtual stores as well as public auction sites. You will be able to find affordable clothing here. Many of the online stores offer competitive selling prices. For instance, you can consider visiting an online store that offers soccer jerseys.

· Comfort

When you are considering the sporting goods the sports uniform comes to mind. When you are choosing the sporting apparel, it is important to consider the comfort of the clothing. It should be able to soak up sweat and generate a sense of lightness. The clothing should also be in a position to withstand the sporting rigor. Therefore, a rugby player may not do well playing the sport with clothing normally worn by basketball player; they are likely to get ripped off or torn. A soccer player may also not wear sporting apparels worn by basketball players.

· High quality and stain resistant fabric

Considering that sporting apparel is usually beat up daily and they often get dirty enduring daily washing, it is important that they are designed out of high quality and stain resistant fabric to ensure the clothing last longer.

· Size

When it comes to choosing sporting apparel, it is equally important to select the right fitting apparels. Loose clothes are likely to make you fall. On the other hand, tight-fitting clothes are likely to cause discomfort.

· Other factors

Other factors to consider when choosing the sports apparels include the style/design, color/pattern, appropriateness for occasion, durability of garment, versatility/multi-use, breathability of fabric, allergens in fabric, alterability, washing/cleaning instructions, ability to match with the existing wardrobe, prestige factor/designer label, wrinkle resistance, weather resistance, warmth, formality and functionality.

Basketball Uniforms – The Facts Behind the Fashion

Basketball uniforms are more than just colorful apparels that reflect a team’s motto. They are frequently worn by fans as fashionable garments. They also help in enhancing and bringing out a players’ best performance.

Clothing in sports has come a long way, from home made to commercially manufactured uniforms. The role played by sports uniforms and associated gears are undeniable today. They can bring out a huge difference in the performance of the players and can impact the team’s morale. Hence, each sport or game has a specific set of apparels and associated gears that the players taking part dons themselves with.

These apparel and associated gear could range from a simple wrist band to absorb sweat in games like tennis, to protective helmets and pads donned by ice hockey players and so on. Apparel and gear cannot be neglected anymore; the players know that by not wearing one they not only put their performance at risk but even their safety too. These days almost every game and sport has a standard requirement for uniforms and their associated gears.

Look at the game of basketball; from the ball to the shorts, jerseys to shoes, etc, each of them comes together like the vital parts of any machinery, without which the proper functioning of the machinery suffers. Basketball is a game that demands a lot of energy and alertness with constant movement on the court. There is hardly anytime or place where a player can stand idle for a few seconds. The moment the ball starts bouncing so do the players, with or behind the ball.

The standard size of a basketball in the NBA is 29.5 inches in circumference. Organized basketball leagues generally have proper specifications for the balls to be used in any official competition. The weight, inflation pressure, bounce, circumference, materials used, etc., are kept in consideration.

Basketball jerseys are a part of the uniform for the basketball players. Fans also wear them for fashion or as a statement about their favorite team. The design of the jerseys should give the player maximum comfort while he/she plays the game. There are constant sprinting, pushing, jumping, etc., involved in the game, so the jersey should be flexible and lightweight to allow maximum movement and least constraint.

The basketball shorts are a little different from the ones worn in other sports like soccer and other track and field sports. Their length generally reaches or exceeds the knees of the wearer and is loosely fitted. Synthetic materials and nylon are usually used as the fabric for making basketball shorts. The reason for this is because such materials are good sweat absorbers. They are also light in weight and are designed to provide the wearer comfort and flexibility during the game.

A basketball game is played by holding the ball with the hands and passing it around to finally shoot it into the hoop. Apparently it looks like the game is played entirely with the hands, but like in any other game played on solid ground, the feet of the player determines a lot of the player’s performance. The feet give the rest of the body the speed and firmness. Therefore a lot of expertise goes into designing basketballs shoes.

Lightweight and comfort, as in other uniform units (like jerseys and shorts), are basic requirements. Basketball shoes are also designed to absorb the shocks produced every time the player lands on the ground after a jump. It also should help the player run faster and remain comfortable with good grip on the floor yet soft on the feet.

Many online stores provide basketball uniforms, ready made or customizable. You can order uniforms from one of them for the game or your practice sessions. Remember the next time you buy your basketball uniform; they are meant to give you comfort in the game, they are fashionable and they are your team’s pride. So always go for the best that you can afford and enhance your game play, style quotient and team’s morale.

Successfully Golfing After a Stroke for Fun and Fitness

There is no denying stroke survivors have a lot to deal with as they go through the rehabilitation process and learn to live with physical limitations. Unfortunately, far too many people treat having a stroke as a sign they can no longer enjoy physical activities. For stroke survivor’s who love to play golf, those so-called physical limitations aren’t as pronounced as one would imagine.

Playing Golf Again is a Real Possibility

Except in the worst of cases, the only thing that keeps most stroke survivors from getting back onto the golf course is the assumption they can’t do it. That assumption is wrong in so many ways. Will their golf game be as proficient as it was before the stroke? Probably not, but everything in life changes after medical trauma. The reality is golf courses aren’t going anywhere and any golfer who wants to golf belongs on the golf course. That includes stoke victims who love the game.

It only takes three things to make it happen. First, the person affected by the stroke has to believe they can do it. Second, they need to accept certain limitations and learn to play within themselves. Finally, the stroke victim needs to minimize expectations and maximize the joy that comes from being out on a golf course instead of laying in a bed feeling disabled.

The Benefits of Golfing for Stroke Survivors

The benefits of being able to return to the golf course will touch almost every aspect of the stroke survivor’s being. From a physical standpoint, they get the health benefits of fresh air and exercise. Doctor’s often encourage stroke victims to exercise their muscles and get the heart beating again. The walking and swinging of a club help to move all the right muscles and bring balance and coordination back.

As far as mental and emotional issues are concerned, there is nothing that revitalizes the spirit and soul more than overcoming impossible odds to achieve something important. If a golfer loves to golf, then learning to do it again under a different set of circumstances is an accomplishment that should bring a great sense of pride to a disabled golfer. In many cases, depression is actually a bigger threat to one’s well-being than another stroke. By going out there on the golf course and proving they are still a player, the afflicted individual won’t feel so afflicted anymore.

Finally, there is great value is participating in a social activity for a stroke survivor who has been hospitalized and/or confined to the home for a period of time. The chance to get out among friends and golfing buddies serves to make the person feel they are still a part of life here on this planet.

Exercises Designed to Make Golfing Easier for the Stroke Victim

While contemplating that first post-stroke round of golf, there are several exercises that can help reestablish stamina, balance and coordination. Walking is a must. Even cart riders will log distance during a round of golf. By getting out each day for a walk, it will improve endurance on the golf course. For balance and coordination, doctors recommend sitting on a stability ball but for those affected by stroke, a physical therapist should be close by unless one has progressed. By doing this exercise for just a few minutes everyday, one’s balance and ability to control their arms and legs will show marked improvement over time. A more sensible exercise at home would involve use of a chair. While the person affected by the stroke stands in a corner of a room, they hold on the back of the chair and practice moving hips forward and back and from side to side. This is also beneficial for strengthening the weakened side. If the survivor also has dropfoot which many stroke victims experience, a brace recommended by the persons doctor for safety. It can help immensely as even if a cart is used, as the walking can tire out the weakened leg quickly at times.

Making Golf Easier for Stroke Survivors

The golfing world is well-aware that some stroke victims love the game of golf. With that in mind, there are plenty of custom equipment designers who are more than happy to help design golf equipment that compliments a golfer’s disabilities. Another way golf is made easier for stroke victims is the process of making them feel normal. Disabled golfers are often reluctant to play golf with healthy people for fear of slowing the group down. First of all, golf is a game of courtesy and golfers tend to be very patient with those who might not be as skilled as the others in the group. That said, there are many golf courses that sponsor groups that have disabilities. By playing golf with other disabled golfers, the individual doesn’t feel it necessary to perform, only to enjoy the outing.

Golf is a great sport and activity. If you or someone you know has suffered a stroke and would still love to hit the links, by all means make it happen. With reasonable expectations, that first round of golf will feel like a rebirth of sorts, prompting the stroke victim to stop feeling like a victim and more as a winning survivor.

History of BasketBall

BasketBall

The history of basketball finds it way back to the year 1891. It was a Canadian physical education instructor by the name of James Naismith who introduced the game of basketball to the world. He was born in Ontario and taught physical education at McGill University and Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. James Naismith, during his stint with Springfield College, a YMCA training school during that time, invented the indoor sport with able support and guidance from the American phys-ed specialist Luther Hasley.

The game commenced with 18 men at Springfield College in Massachusetts. Naismith was given a deadline of 14 days to create an indoor game that would provide “an athletic distraction” (in the words of Hasley) to the nasty and disorderly class. It was a tough call for Naismith, who had to exercise a lot of patience and infuse positive enthusiasm into the minds of his students to engage in an outdoor game that was to be played indoors in the best way possible. He recalled a game he used to play as a child and improvised on its concept.

Naismith was instrumental in laying down 13 rules for the basketball game. The rules stated that the ball should be thrown in any direction with one or both hands. He made it clear that a person could not run with the ball. The player should throw it from the place from which he caught the ball in the first place.  Players had to refrain from using the fist when handling or batting the ball. He had termed shouldering, holding, tripping, pushing or striking in any way of an opponent as a foul in the first instance. If things of this nature happened the second time, the person who caused the infringement of the rule would be disqualified or would not be substituted at all. If any side made three consecutive fouls, it was to be counted as a goal for the opposing side.

Naismith also made it clear that if the ball went out of bounds, it had to be thrown into the field of play by the person touching it. This player had the right to hold the ball for only five seconds. If held longer, the chance to throw went to the opposing side.  He gave special importance to the umpire who had to judge the player and report to the referee when players made three consecutive fouls. He defined the time period of the game as being comprised of two fifteen-minute halves with fifteen minutes breaks in between. Naismith concluded that the side making the most goals was to be termed as winner.

The game caught the fancy of the YMCA class and the popularity of the game grew, though Naismith quietly shied away from taking any credit for his invention.  He wanted the game to be enjoyed as a recreational activity, but he never imagined that the game would soon develop into a passionate and intensely competitive sport. Naismith’s moment of glory came, however, when he was invited by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) to witness basketball become an Olympic sport at the 1936 games in Berlin. He passed away in 1939 and since then the game has grown in fame and prosperity the world over. In 1959, James Naismith entered the Basketball Hall of Fame (called the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame)

The first formal rules for the game were introduced in 1895. It was not until 1897 that teams of five players on each side became standard in the history of basketball.  Iron hoops and a hammock style basket came into existence in 1893. A decade later, open-ended nets came into existence, which did away with the practice of manually retrieving the ball from the basket each time a goal was made.  After the end of World War II, there was a need to infuse sports entertainment into the large sports arenas during the times not occupied by pro hockey and college basketball games

. This gave rise to the history of basketball in its pure, professional championship format.

Walter Brown of Boston introduced professional basketball in the form of the Basketball Association of America in the summer of 1946. The esteemed members of the new league were New York, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Washington, Detroit, Chicago, Providence, Toronto, St. Louis, and Boston.   The league played in big arenas in large cities but the players were not as talented as the ones in the National Basketball League, the recognized league operating chiefly in smaller cities in the Midwest. However, some people from the NBL joined the fray and the strength of B.A.A picked up as college stars and fresh young talent entered the league. The regular season started and the Washington Capitols were the clear winners in the Eastern Division, with the Philadelphia Warriors taking second place and the New York Knickerbockers grabbing the third and final playoff spot.

The Western Division had the Chicago Stags narrowly edging out the St.Louis Bombers with a one-gain tiebreaker at the end of the regular season. The Cleveland Rebels acquired the third playoff spot.  The playoff system devised by the league pitted the first ranking teams, the second ranking teams and the third ranking teams against each other in the opening round. The games began with the Stags usurping the Caps in six games and Philadelphia outdoing St. Louis in a three-game showdown of second-place finishers, while New York defeated Cleveland in three games in the third bracket. The Warriors defeated the Knicks to move into the finals with the Stags.

The finals of the first championship of BAA (the present day NBA) opened in Philadelphia with Joe Fulks scoring 37 points, leading his Warriors to a victory against the Stags. Though the Stags won the fourth game, the Warriors won the overall title with an 83-80 victory with a 34-point contribution from Fulks. Howie Dallmar is credited with hitting the winning basket to break an 80-80 tie, with only a minute left before the finish of the game.

The history of Basketball has witnessed a lot of landmark events that have increased the popularity of the game to dizzying heights. It is almost a second religion to the sport-loving people in the US. No doubt, basketball is heralded as a sport that gives a healthy balance to the physical, mental and spiritual state. This is truly the game that keeps you on your toes!

The History Of The Baseball Bat

Baseball was a very young sport in the mid-eighteen hundreds, so batters usually made their own bats. This led to a lot of experimentation with the shape and size of the baseball bat. It didn’t take long for players to learn that the best bats were those with rounded barrels. With all the shapes and sizes being used, some rule had to be established about the bat. In 1859, it was established that baseball bats could be no larger than two and a half inches in diameter, though they could be any length. After ten years, a restriction of 42 inches was put on the length of the baseball bat, but still no regulations governing the shape.

1884: The Louisville Slugger is Born

Baseball bat’s most popular name, still to this day, is the Louisville Slugger. Seventeen-year-old John Hillerich watched Pete Browning break his bat at an 1884 Louisville game. John observed as Pete Browning got frustrated, and after the game offered to make him a new bat. Pete Browning joined John Hillerich at his father’s woodworking shop, where Pete supervised the construction of his new bat. Browning went three for three with his new bat. Word spread quickly, but not as quickly as the demand did once everyone knew about these bats. It wasn’t long before each baseball bat that John and his father constructed was slapped with the famous Louisville Slugger trademark.

Evolution of Regulations

In the 1890s, bats could no longer be flat at the end, according to the rules committee. They increased the diameter by a quarter of an inch as well, making the maximum diameter two and three quarters of an inch. In the early nineteen hundreds, one of the greatest players, Honus Wagner, was the first player paid to have his name burned into Louisville Slugger bats. Despite the continual evolution of the regulations regarding the size and shape of bats, the bats of today look much like the ones of a hundred years ago, the biggest difference being that today’s bats are much lighter and have thinner handles.

The Rise of Aluminum

William Shroyer patented the first metal baseball bat in 1924, though they were not seen in baseball until introduced by Worth in 1970. Worth soon produced the first aluminum one-piece bat, and the first little league aluminum bat. Easton introduced a much stronger bat in the late ’70s . These skyrocketed the popularity of aluminum bats, though they were not allowed in major league games. In 1993, both Easton and Worth introduced titanium bats, and in 1995 Easton and Louisville Slugger introduced the lightest grade of aluminum bats available to date. Continuing developments include double walled bats, and scandium-aluminum bats.

No matter what kind of baseball bat a player uses today, the sport remains one of the world’s favorites. Not many can resist the sunny days and cool nights in the stands, with the cracking sound, fans on their feet, and the smell of hot dogs in the air.

Long Distance Golf Drivers – Do They Work?

The long distance golf driver is a development in golf club design that has been welcomed with open arms by many golfers. Up until about 20 years ago, the only way to increase your distance was to improve technique, but since then there has been an endless development of long distance golf drivers.

But do they actually work? Let’s take a look at the theory and the facts.

The short answer is that if the long distance driver is going to work for you, there is an essential proviso. This is that your swing needs to be consistent and accurate.

The long distance driver works due to basic laws of physics. The shaft is longer, which means that the speed of the club head as it strikes the ball increases, and therefore the ball goes further. The modern equipment has lighter shafts too, meaning you can swing faster to increase this impact speed even more.

All well and good, but here’s the kicker – with a longer shaft and higher speed, you get a bigger arc of the swing, and the sweet spot on the ball gets smaller and smaller! This means that to get the advantage of the physics of the design of this club, you need to consistently hit the ball at the exact correct point. If you don’t, you not only lose the advantages, but the same laws of physics start to work against you, and you actually lose distance instead of gaining it!

So the bottom line is that with a long distance driver, if you strike the ball at the wrong spot, even by a tiny fraction of an inch, all the advantages will disappear, and you may find yourself worse off than with a regular driver.

Some of these new distance drivers cost a lot of money, and it could be argued that the money could be better spent on some sessions in the nets to improve your swing!

In some cases you may even find that you get more distance by using a shorter club. This is a mental issue, that people hold a driver in their hand, and think they need to give the ball an extra hard wallop. That is simply incorrect, and the thought of hitting harder often ruins the swing.

So if your swing is not yet consistent, you might be better off taking a low iron or a driving iron, and work on increasing your accuracy first. Over time, you’ll find your distance shots improve.

If you have an accurate and predictable swing, then it could be a great time to move on to trying out a long distance driver.

So to sum up, long distance golf drivers do work, but you need to have the technical swing to get the full benefit.

Fan’s Guide to Buying NFL Team Jerseys

An endless number of pro football jerseys are sold annually worldwide. Fans buy them to wear to games themselves while others are given as gifts. Are they popular? Take a look in the stands the next time you watch a game on TV. Sometimes it seems more people are wearing them than aren’t! The NFL jersey market can be a bit confusing, though, thanks to the variety available and costs involved. It’s not hard to purchase a cheap authentic jersey you can wear or give as a gift. You just need to take note of a couple of things rather than be fearful of making a mistake. First, understand that they are available in home team colors, road and you can also get retro throwback football jerseys, fashioned to resemble those worn by a franchise in years past. The old school jerseys have been very popular, especially when the teams themselves choose to wear them on a given Sunday.

An NFL throwback jersey is often a point of pride for an older football fan who prides himself or herself on knowing NFL history. Sometimes the older jerseys are more attractive than those carrying today’s design. There’s definitely a nostalgia factor involved. There is a huge secondary market for NFL jerseys. At times an individual buys a jersey that doesn’t fit and just decides to resell it. Other times, they get one from someone else and really do not want it. Don’t ignore fairly non-traditional markets when searching for one but ensure you’re acquiring from a dependable source-not from a seller who operates at a price level so much lower than everyone else that it’s obvious they’re selling fakes. There are a few different types of jerseys available.

Official NFL jerseys should be no different in level of quality than what you see your favorite player wearing on the field. A heavyweight fabric with numbers, names and patches sewn on is usually a trademark. It’s even feasible to purchase authentic customized NFL jerseys. You select the name and number of the NFL player you want put on the jersey and it is going to be created just how you’d like it. It’s not inexpensive but a youth NFL football jersey is a terrific gift to get a young sports fan. Women’s NFL jerseys are getting increasingly well known. They’re tailored just a bit differently to fit a woman’s body. In 2007, the women’s pink jerseys designed and sold in conjunction with a breast cancer fundraiser was exceptionally well received.

The league even had players on the field wearing pink stripes on their shoes, pink wristbands and other cancer-aware gear in 2009. Pink NFL jerseys sold to the public show support for the cause and are certainly eye-catching. If you can’t afford an authentic NFL jersey you can go one step down and order a premier NFL jersey. These are cheaper than the authentic NFL jerseys, but are not within the identical high quality that you get using the authentic jersey. A premier jersey fabricated from of lighter material and is mostly nylon/polyester. It as sewn on numbers and names but doesn’t always have those same excellent of material as an authentic jersey. It might look just as good as an authentic jersey, but manufactured cheaper. An excellent choice if you would like an authentic jersey but just can’t afford it. At another level is the replica NFL jersey. These jerseys are produce of thinner fabrics with less detail so they a lot less expensive.

The graphics and numbers are not sewn on but are screen printed instead. These jerseys constitute the majority of those sold and seen in NFL stadiums and sports bars coast to coast. They’re close enough to the real deal to look respectable but are for the more budget-minded fan. The NFL takes counterfeit jersey sellers really seriously so don’t confuse inexpensive NFL jerseys with outright fakes. There’s no doubt you can find a jersey for next to nothing but it’s likely it’s been created where official NFL jerseys aren’t actually made.

Professional Football As a Popular Sport

Professional Football, or Soccer, as it is known in many parts of the world is a sport or game that is played between two teams, each containing eleven players. A rectangular field with goal posts at either end into which opposing teams must kick goals into forms the outline of the game. There are a set of rules governing the game, although much has changed in the way the game is played now.

It is easily the world’s most popular sport considering that over 300 million players from over 200 countries around the world are involved in the sport.

The origin or invention of modern-day football throws up interesting and sometimes controversial details. It was largely believed that Britain or England is where the game was first played in the medieval period and it gradually spread throughout Europe. A game involving a ‘party of boys playing a ball’ was first observed in the 19th century in England. However, the Chinese claim that the sport in England is largely drawn from a similar game played in China several centuries earlier. Unlike most other sports of that time, this was played on ‘foot’ and not on horseback, hence the name ‘football’. But there are vast dissimilarities between the two versions.

The rise and popularity of the game cannot be questioned and several hugely prestigious events and tournaments are held throughout the year in various countries. Professional football has seen the rise of several athletes playing the game at the highest levels with huge fan followings for the numerous teams. The English Premier League football season is a highly awaited even and has football lovers thronging stadiums to witness between their favorite teams manned by professional football players from many nations.

‘Soccer’ is the term associated with football in the US and it is claimed to have been coined from the English shortened slang for its formal name, Association Football or ‘assoc’.

Like many other sports and games where vast amounts of money and authority are involved, football has seen its share of infamy and scandals in recent years. The likes of former FIFA President Sepp Blatter and superstar Michel Platini have been accused of corruption and are facing suspensions and total bans. Several aspects like code of conduct, loyalty, conflict of interest and accepting gifts and commissions are part of the charges leveled against the highest ranked officials in the game.

Over the years, the dominance of South American players in the game has slowly been replaced by several European players but the game continues to be extremely popular even as a street sport as it does not require much equipment or infrastructure.

Football Vs Soccer – How They Are Related, and How They Are Not

Two of the most beloved sports Football and Soccer have much in common. Lately, many are wondering why there is such an international pull for soccer while football remains an American sport. This articles intent is to bring out some of the similarities and differences between soccer and football based on: history, team size, and fan size.

History: Football vs. Soccer

Football is actually a relative from soccer. Though the date is unsure of when the sport was first known to be played, there were many professional teams starting to spring up in the late 1800s. It was not that much different from its closer cousin rugby, but was showing some far different plays from soccer already.

Here is an interesting fact. Soccer or “football” as is as known in most European and South American Countries is actually the founder of both rugby and football. The major disconnections occurred when the rules for soccer changed to a “no hands” rule. At this point rugby was born. Later as rugby split into two different kinds of play: traditional rugby which allows drop kick goals and more footwork, and American football which has kickoffs and field goals (reminiscent of its soccer days) tackling and hand offs (similar to rugby) and forward passing, options, and other additions.

Soccer on the other hand has a long history, according to the Munich Ethnological Museum there is a Chinese text dated around 50 B.C. talking about “soccer” games in china. Though it is unsure how similar these games were to what we know as soccer today.

Team Size: Football vs. Soccer

There is a tremendous size difference between football and soccer. In football you not only have players that make up a team, but you have specific teams within your team. There are three major teams that consist of a football team: The offense, the defense, and special teams. Each one has a specific objective. The offense with a quarterback, receivers, and guards’ objective are to score touchdowns, while the defensive team’s job is to stop the opposing team from scoring by tackling the quarterback, runners, or blocking passes. Special teams deal with punts, field goals, and kickoffs. All in all there are anywhere from 30 – 60 players that combine to make a football team.

Soccer is a continuous sport. Meaning unlike football where you have set plays and an offensive and defensive team, in soccer the ball is always going. That being the case there are still offensive and defensive parts to the play of soccer. One can tell whether a team is on the offensive or defensive by where the ball is on the field. If the ball is on your side of the field then you are on defensive, if it is on your opponent’s side then you are on the offensive.

Fan Size: Football vs. Soccer

Determining which sport has a greater or more loyal fan base is difficult. Here in the United States American football by far has the larger fan base. However, outside of the United States (and perhaps Canada) you do not hear much about football, only soccer. Entire cities have been known to shut down for the world cup, and yet the most watched event was last year’s super bowl. One thing is a fact. Both soccer and football have loyal fans that are not going anywhere.

Conclusion

Soccer or Football? Well when it comes right down to it, you are choosing between two very popular sports that will continue to gain momentum in the years to come.
